[dq-rules] DQOS material compilation uploaded.

Hello everyone,

I finished compiling and sorting all that I could find on the net and
uploaded it in the vault so that the projet leaders can start.

If you have material that I did not have, please send it to me and I'll
update the necessary .zip files. I'm pretty sure that I found at least
95% of all existing non-published DQ materiel out there.

All is in the following files sorted by DQ books:

First_Combat.zip
First_Generation.zip
Second_Magic.zip
Third_Adventure.zip
Third_Monsters.zip
Third_Skills.zip

And DQNewsletters.zip

The DQNewsletters is the only section I did not comb thoroughly, you
will all need to browse them and pull the material pertaining to your
section yourselves.

All files are in either .txt, .doc, .htm or .pdf format. It would have
taken me too long to convert everything to text only and I wanted to
upload the stuff to the vault in a relatively short period of time as I
mentionned in the meeting. If any of you need something converted
though, I'll do it, just ask me.

WARNING: the zip files contain files in its root as well as
SUB-DIRECTORIES so use the proper decompression switches in your
software. If you don't know what I'm talking about write me.

NOTE: I will add the new Colleges of Magic to DQOS myself as it is
basically just copy and paste with minor formatting. I will leave the
new spells for existing colleges to the magic section leader.

NOTE: Don't forget to comb the Poor Brendan's Almanac and Worldly
Endeavour for material pertaining to your section!

NOTE: the rules.zip file is copyright stuff from the group in
New-Zealand and we are not allowed to use it.

NOTE: I haven't uploaded anything on rules clarifications yet. Quite a
bit of it is already in the current DQOS release.

NOTE: I have added credits in the name of the files where appropriate
to my best knowledge. Errors, omissions, and human mistakes will
happen. Please let contributors know that it was unintentional and that
because of the sheer size of the project it is very difficult to get
every right the first time and reassure them that proper credit will be
given. Ask them to write to clarify the situation. Make just to add a
detailed credits list to your section.

Let's create something valuable to all DQ gms and players. Remember
that we are doing this because of our passion for DQ. Good luck to all
of you.
